Quincy Foil – Executive Director
Quincy is a native of
Concord, NC and received music degrees from Meredith College and Peace
College in Raleigh, NC where she was an A.J. Fletcher scholar and Pressly
Music Award recipient. She is a graduate of Katherine Gibbs Business School
in Boston and was named the 1983 Cabarrus County Young Artist. In 1992, she
founded The Arts Experience, a national and state award winning nonprofit
arts education organization that serves 45 schools, two public schools
systems and three private schools annually. Dedicated to and passionate
about the performing arts, Quincy joined CCA as Executive Director in March
2008.
John Jarrell – Director of Operations
John Jarrell, a native of
Charlotte, NC, has worked in the performing arts for the past 28 years. For
the past 12 of those years, John has effectively managed all logistics
regarding CCA visiting artists. He brings a wealth of industry knowledge
having worked for numerous high profile community arts organizations
throughout this career. John graduated from Belmont Abby College with a
degree in Business and Sociology.
