Planned Giving
Create a Legacy for Carolinas Concert Association
Carolinas
Concert Association is dedicated to presenting concerts
featuring world-renowned performing artists while sponsoring
arts education outreach initiatives for area students which
cultivate an understanding and appreciation for the performing
arts.
A growing
number of patrons and friends are ensuring that Carolinas
Concert Association will continue in Charlotte for generations
to come by becoming a respected member of the Crown Society and
providing for Carolinas Concert Association through their
planned giving gifts.
With its rich
79-year history, Carolinas Concert Association is the oldest
presenting arts organization in Charlotte. Carolinas Concert
Association prides itself on its fiscal responsibility and the
annual operating budget is supported by a mix of earned and
contributed income. In 2008, we were honored as a finalist for
the Stanford Financial Excellence Awards. Proceeds from ticket
sales represent one-third of CCA’s annual income and cover a
small portion of the expenses required to produce these
world-class performances.
To ensure the
continued success of our Arts Education Outreach programs, we
are committed to building our endowment through planned giving.
An endowment that yields predictable returns is important for
our long term sustainability and financially responsible
artistic planning.
